  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage the highest impact projects, including strategy and planning, efficient utilization of available resources, and team leadership.

  • Independent management of the full spectrum of sensitive issues without leadership oversight needed.
  • Determine and refine client-related systems, processes, and policies.

Impact on the company

  • Clear impact via both team management (i.e. happy, motivated team) and profitability (i.e. consistent impact on profitability and/or scalability).
  • Guide strategy for client success operations and initiatives.

Communication

  • Exceptional communication and diplomacy, managing both direct reports and other teams/team leads.

Collaboration

  • Exceptional efforts with other departments to increase profitability and scalability, as well as resolve complex company challenges.
  • Collaborate with other department directors on growth, efficiency, innovation, and essential operations projects.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships to help close key prospects.

Ownership

  • Effective management of the PSM team, including client management strategy, client escalations, and team career development.
  • Develop and oversee PSM-lead programs to increase client revenue, including identifying opportunities for Partnerships and Marketing.
  • Oversee client escalations and key client strategies.
  • Lead client-related business initiatives that increase profitability.

People Management

  • Manage PSM team members and associate director(s).
