Expertise first, management second

Each of us should master their home field, first. As you progress, you shouldn't feel forced to take on people management. But if you are interested in doing so, you can transition at levels E4 / M1.

Framework ≠ reporting lines

Only qualified managers take on reports, but their advancement is not tied to a reports quota. Reports may be temporary or cross-functional, depending on business requirements of your team.

Progressive compensation

All levels follow the same compensation schema, where seniority level is just one of the criteria. You could be at the same seniority level for years, while receiving several bumps in compensation.

Our team setup prioritises business requirements over functional division. In your daily work, you are likely to find yourself among collaborators from different expertise and seniorities.
