  • Significant contributions to revenue-generating initiatives and/or systems, processes, and policies that scale or strengthen the client success function.

Problem solving

  • Consistent identification and resolutions of inefficiencies within the PSS function.
  • Provide first level of support for leadership escalations, including collaboration with other team directors.

Impact on the company

  • Consistent success in retaining clients and solving client problems, including those assigned to managed team members

Communication

  • Proven ability to manage and mentor managed team members through effective communication of opportunities and issues.

Collaboration

  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership with positive feedback from managed team members and other directors.
  • Work with product and project managers to scope and prioritize projects that benefit our clients and the PSM team.

Ownership

  • Dependable leadership of PSS team, while managing select key clients.
  • Coordinate key client reports and report on priority opportunities/problems to leadership.

People Management

  • Manage PSS team members.
