Skills & craft
Clear understanding of the Flaviar product and service suite, including Marketing and Partnerships.
Proven ability to de-escalate client issues.
Learn Flaviar’s full product suite, processes, and client communication standards.
Begin managing 3-5 low-risk, medium-sized clients outside of the partner inbox (see Partner Success Manager responsibilities), while gradually reducing PSS client workload.
Problem solving
Proven critical thinking ability when encountering more complicated issues that don't have standardized processes or policies yet.
