Skills & craft

  • Clear understanding of the Flaviar product and service suite, including Marketing and Partnerships.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate client issues.
  • Learn Flaviar’s full product suite, processes, and client communication standards.
  • Begin managing 3-5 low-risk, medium-sized clients outside of the partner inbox (see Partner Success Manager responsibilities), while gradually reducing PSS client workload.

Problem solving

  • Proven critical thinking ability when encountering more complicated issues that don't have standardized processes or policies yet.

Impact on the company

  • Proactively and self-sufficiently supports assigned clients through problem-solving and e-commerce support;.
  • Continued willingness to take on more complex work.

Communication

  • Proven ability to lead client relationships on an ongoing basis, including leading meetings with the client.

Collaboration

  • Understands when and how to effectively bring in leadership, Marketing, Partnerships for strategy conversations with clients.
  • Support Senior PSMs with the management and projects for select high-value clients.

Ownership

  • Retains and/or grows revenue from a small set of assigned clients (~3-5) with limited oversight.
