  • Proven expertise in both the managed fulfillment and retail network models.
  • Consistently surfaces opportunities that increase client revenue.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • When applicable, prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insight.

Problem solving

  • Exceptional critical thinking demonstrated across all client-facing areas.
  • Develop recommendations for client ecommerce improvement and manage execution timelines.

Impact on the company

  • Proactively identifies and contributes to opportunities that improve client revenue growth or the client success department.
  • Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities in collaboration with Partnerships and Marketing.

Communication

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal leadership.

Collaboration

  • Strong feedback from clients and internal teams on professionalism, knowledge, and support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, CS, Product, Dev, and Marketing to deliver results for clients.

Ownership

  • Retains and/or grows revenue from a full portfolio of clients (~30) with limited oversight.
  • Own relationships with small to mid-sized clients, responsible for client retention.
