Skills & craft
Clear understanding of the Flaviar Checkout platform (including Shopify) and operation (including how to work with each of our core teams).
Work alongside a team of other partner support specialists to manage an inbox of client requests, ensuring client satisfaction via efficient responses and issue resolution
Directly support requests from our lower volume clients’ regarding their ecommerce store and orders
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as order fulfillment times, customer support tickets, ecommerce sales, and overall client health.
Problem solving
Able to self-sufficiently resolve or efficiently escalate basic issue types (order escalations, customer support escalations, technical bugs, platform 101 questions) by following standard processes.
In select instances, participate in client calls to help close issues that can’t be resolved over email

Owns basic issue resolutions; demonstrates a willingness to take on more complex work.
Communication
Proven clarity and efficiency with internal and external communication when resolving client issues.
Collaboration
Clear understanding of how to work with Ops, CS, Dev, Accounting on the most common brand requests.

Coordinate closely with internal teams - including fulfillment and retail operations, customer order support, and technical development - to execute client requests and resolve issues
