  • Solve complex and high-stakes client problems self-sufficiently, pulling in other teams and leadership as needed.

  • Leads initiatives that have a direct impact on the company's revenue growth, cost savings, or scalability.
  • Lead client ecommerce strategy, including planning, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Improve how we work by identifying gaps and driving process improvements.

Communication

  • Exceptional communication skills with client and internal leadership, as well as peers and more junior team members in all departments.

Collaboration

  • Recognized by the PSM, Ops, CS, Dev, Partnerships, and Marketing teams as a go-to leader for client strategy and problem solving.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, CS, Product, Dev, Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver results for clients.
  • Mentor junior PSMs and support onboarding, training, and team development.

Ownership

  • Retains and/or grows revenue from multiple VIP clients (in addition to a full portfolio) with limited oversight.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Own relationships with high value clients and strategic partners, responsible for client retention.
  • Proactively drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and expanding client engagement.
