Able to setup and run an ongoing design validation program at a team level.

Able to independently distill them into a design briefs for team's projects.
Identify risky design decisions for the team, run validation sessions to resolve.

Work with team lead to include design perspective into the team's roadmap.
Introduce improvements to design workflows and tooling within their team.

Solicit feedback in a structured manner, e.g. design critique sessions.
