  • Proactively identifies and resolves complex issues related to retailer performance, profitability, and growth.
  • Develops and implements strategies to optimize the retail network and improve efficiency.
  • Creates new processes and procedures to manage the network in a more efficient and automated way.

  • Drives significant improvements in retailer performance, sales, and profitability.
  • Develops and implements initiatives to expand the retail network and enhance the customer experience.

Communication

  • Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including retailers, internal teams, and management.
  • Negotiates pricing agreements with retailers.
  • Presents findings and recommendations to senior management.

Collaboration

  • Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Product) to develop and implement new features and services for retail partners.
  • Gathers information from retailers to inform product development and improve operations.
  • Builds strong relationships with key retail partners.

Ownership

  • Develops SLAs and KPIs to monitor retailer performance. 
  • Monitors KPIs and implements corrective actions when necessary. 
  • Develops retailer resources and tools to improve communication and efficiency.
