  • Fosters a highly collaborative environment across the entire Fulfillment Network and with other key business functions (e.g., Technology, Product, Customer Service).
  • Builds strong relationships with executive peers to achieve organizational alignment.

  • Takes ultimate accountability for the performance and strategic direction of the Fulfillment Network.
  • Develops and champions a high-performance culture and a strong talent pipeline.
  • Drives significant and lasting organizational impact.

People Management

  • Manages, coaches, trains and develops a team of Associate and/or Senior Directors while being able to deep dive to the level of Managers and Specialists if/where needed.
  • Provides executive leadership and guidance to the Fulfilment Network organization including change management initiatives.
  • Switching focus from one area of Fulfillment to multiple areas within Fulfillment Network.
